Dinglong Scholarship: For employees' children who are admitted to a first-tier national key university, the company provides a RMB 4,000/year reward; for those admitted to a second-tier national key university, the company provides a RMB 3,000/year reward; for those admitted to other universities or colleges, the company provides a RMB 1,000/year reward;
Children's Education Subsidy: For doctoral employees who have been employed for more than half a year, a subsidy of RMB 10,000/year (depending on the number of children) is provided while their children attend kindergarten.
